Who is Adrianne Free?

As an award-winning Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Dance Ministry Lead, Adrianne literally and figuratively dances to the beat of her own drum. She has a passion for encouraging and leading the next generation, first as a therapeutic recreational dance instructor for disabled teens and young adults and now weekly with the youth at her church. Though Adrianne has always had to navigate life differently with Erb’s Palsy, she enjoys challenging herself to reach beyond her limits whether solo vacationing internationally, dancing on skates, or competing in speed typing contests--with one hand! This godmother of six, born in North Carolina, graduated from North Carolina A&T State University’s school of technology, and now resides in Virginia. Adrianne is a new Bestselling Author who recently released her first children’s book titled, “Differently Daphne”, which debuted at #6 on Amazon’s Hot New Release Top 10 List! A fun rhyming, yet inspirational children’s story, Differently Daphne is written to encourage children with limb differences to know that they are enough, to never give up, and that they are just as capable as anyone else…even if they have to do things differently!
