Is comparison really the thief of joy? Many of us have heard this said but do we know why some may feel that way. Comparisons are natural, in fact studies have shown that 10% of our thoughts are comparisons. That being said, like anything else we encounter in life balance is the key. If you keep comparing yourself to others and others keep comparing themselves to you no one will advance because their focus will be skewed which makes it hard to do what God has called each of us to do.
