In honor of Women's History Month, and celebrating almost 2 years on the air, host Tomeria Jordan is sharing her lessons learned regarding why it is so pertinent now than ever to have confidence. Confidence is how I'm achieving my goals, breaking glass ceilings, scaling glass cliffs, and keeping the faith in the midst of chaos. Through personal examples, quotes from others like Pastor Steven Furtick, Shirley Chisholm, and 6th and current Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy I hope to inspire and uplift you to walk in your authentic truth and purpose. The world has enough copies, not enough originals.
Continued prayers to President Zelenskyy, his family, and the citizens of Ukraine. President Zelenskyy is demonstrating true leadership and confidence in crisis.

Yesterday was bittersweet as our family laid to rest our cousins, Bettie Feruzi and James Kelley. They were change makers who left their unique mark on the world and will be missed. Continued prayers for family and friends.
The perspective of each eulogy was strikingly similar. Despite anything Bettie and James faced in life they still maintained hope and ran their races. Today, I am grateful that I have another opportunity to run MY race and I hope you find joy in knowing you can still run YOURS no matter what it looks like. As Bettie's son shared, his mother would always tell him that no matter what was going on in his life, "it's just this chapter, what are you going to do now?"

Dr. Williams received her undergraduate studies degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. After achieving her Bachelor of Science degree, she earned a Master of Divinity from the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology in Richmond, Virginia. She earned her Doctorate in Ministry from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. Her past professional background includes marketing for several leading pharmaceutical companies. She has dedicated her life to providing medicines, education, and community services to those affected and infected with HIV/AIDS. The experience has been instrumental in sensitizing her to the suffering of others.
Dr. Williams has been blessed to minister locally, nationally and internationally. She is passionate concerning foreign missions. Dr. Williams has served on Africa crusade teams to Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Cape Town, Durban, Mauritius, Soweto and Johannesburg, South Africa, the Dominican Republic as well as, China and Thailand. Mostly recently, she led an Operation Impact Missions and Ministry Team to Nairobi, Kenya
Dr. Williams is also the visionary and CEO of Positive Impact Outreach Inc. This non-profit organization is dedicated to positively impacting lives of those in need through the love of Christ. Positive Impact seeks to empower, provide needed services to the elderly, women, homeless, disadvantaged youth.
Dr. Williams' book Breaking Forth 2 Destiny: Arising from where you are to where God has destined you to be, foreword by Millicent Hunter, is a book designed to "catapult you to your destiny by empowering you to break free, breakthrough, and break forth to greater. This book will be instrumental in helping you to overcome obstacles that present hinderances to your progress. You will be empowered to boldly embrace your destiny as you break forth to your greatest potential."

Hey you, it's 2022! Host Tomeria Jordan, starts off Season 4 with a message of inspiration titled "I didn't heal your eyesight, I fixed your vision." As we embark on a new year, may you be encouraged not by what you can see in the physical but what you can envision in the supernatural. We have lots of images being thrown at us day in and day out but what do we do with what we see?
Eyesight is how well our eyes capture images. Vision is how our brain processes information coming from the eyes. In this message, Tomeria focuses on how faith acts a lot like vision. While what we see in the natural can consist of a lot of things, both positive and negative, how we process what we see is different. It’s the process by which we must interpret that which we see. We cannot always control what we see but we can control how we process it.

2021 has been quite the year. That being said, it has been a blessing at the same time. This snapshot of lessons learned is designed to encourage you through some of the lessons I've learned over this past year. The play on words is intentional as 21 questions is an icebreaker that individuals use to learn about someone else. The target, the person answering the questions, has to answer all 21 questions before another person is selected as the new target. This year, I feel like I've been the target but an equipped target because I have God on my side. "21 Questions" was also a popular song in the early 2000s by rapper 50 Cent. Dear 2021, it's easy to love me now, would I love me if I were down and out, would you still have love for me? Yes, yes, and yes, lol. It's a yes for me because of the lessons learned both positive and painful.

This message dropped in my spirit last week and I immediately thought, wow! Often times we worry about people, jobs, situations, or circumstances that have changed and allow them to take on a life of their own - constantly beating us down. The whole time thinking I lost my blessing when in actuality I am the blessing that got away.
Failed relationship - they lost their blessing
Laid off or mistreated on the job - they lost their blessing
You get the picture. You can talk the talk if you walk the walk. We all have free will so if they don’t choose you, choose yourself and realize if they mishandled their relationship with you and ended up losing you, they may very well have blocked their own blessing.

This morning I celebrate the life of one of my close friends and grieve for another close friend whose birthday is also today but God called her home in 2017. As I was creating videos to celebrate their lives I felt a lot of emotions. I've smiled. I've cried. I've laughed. Now I'm inspiring. I'm inspiring those going through a period of ups and downs to remember that God has given you grace for the journey. For anyone experiencing grief in this season, may you find comfort in the memories of your loved ones and joy in the moments that you've shared. Last week I was thinking about my great-grandmother who transitioned near Thanksgiving/the Day of Remembrance and I was reminded that the fire she had inside of her burns within me which gave me the strength to find peace in the pain.
